Danny Rivera

Danny Rivera currently serves as a Technical Customer Success Manager at Harmonic, a position held since November 2022, where the focus is on enabling customers to achieve value from Harmonic SaaS products. Prior experience includes roles at MediaKind from February 2019 to December 2022 as a Senior Systems Integration Engineer and Senior Support Engineer, contributing to a global support team specializing in software applications and custom hardware for video processing and media management solutions. From August 2007 to February 2019, Danny worked as a Customer Support Engineer for Ericsson, specifically supporting Ericsson/Tandberg video compression systems. Danny holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Daytona State College, completed between 2003 and 2006.
