Tom Palladino

Tom Palladino is Chief Strategy Officer of HaystackID. He leads the effort to establish HaystackID as a top-tier corporate discovery service provider. In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Thomas has been instrumental to company growth, new market opportunities, and client retention. He continues his work with the HaystackID executive team to create effective solutions to assist corporations in the management of data and systems. He is also co-leader of HaystackID’s Global Services team and is active in HaystackID’s EU operations.

Prior to joining HaystackID, Tom was President and COO of NightOwl Global, leading global company operations teams and product development for the legal corporate enterprise Mr. Palladino is active in working groups for EDRM, serves as a guest instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School, and participates as a member of the Sedona Conference. Before joining NightOwl Global, Tom was co-founder of Hire Quality, Inc., where he designed and deployed major service programs for Fortune 100 companies including UPS, Verizon,and Bank of America, prior to being acquired by the Perot Management Group.
