Volodymyr Shpikulov

Volodymyr Shpikulov is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in both corporate environments and startup operations. Currently serving as VP of Operations at HealthJoy since January 2019, Shpikulov has successfully developed the organization from its inception, significantly scaling the team and dramatically increasing monthly capacity while reducing implementation errors through strategic standardization. Prior to HealthJoy, Shpikulov held various positions at Procter & Gamble from 2010 to 2017, leading digital integration and site delivery initiatives, managing extensive projects across multiple product categories, and fostering continuous improvement practices. Earlier career experiences include a role as Deputy Director of Operations at Work.ua and involvement in strategic initiatives with AIESEC. Shpikulov holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet.
