Taylor Stieff has worked in the software engineering industry since 2012. In that time, they have held a variety of positions, starting as an Intern at TEKsystems in 2012. During this time, they assisted in the design of online training material, converted course curriculum to appropriate format for online use, and utilized Adobe Designer Suite to manipulate images and audio for courses. Taylor then moved on to become a Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland in 2012, where they held interactive lab sessions for students and held office hours to assist students one on one. In 2013, Taylor began working as a Software Developer at IBM. Taylor then moved on to become a Software Developer at OneGlobe LLC in 2015, and a Software Developer at Nectar Financial AG in 2017. Taylor currently holds the position of Director of Engineering and Senior Java Developer at HeavenHR, a position they have held since 2018.
Taylor Stieff attended The Boys' Latin School of Maryland from 1996 to 2009, and then went on to the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they earned a BS in Information Systems in 2013.
