Dawn's background includes managing operations at Omaha Steaks as a Customer Experience Center Operations Manager and leading a reservation team at EMS, Inc. Additionally, Dawn was a successful business owner of Hot Potatoes, a catering and meal delivery service, and served as a Reservation Sales Manager at Omni Hotels. Educational qualifications include a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Metropolitan Community College.
