Jacob Damen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jacob started their career as a Mechanical Process Engineering co-op at Spheral Solar Power. Jacob then worked as a Manufacturing Engineering co-op at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. After that, Jacob joined Bend All Automotive as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they played a crucial role in managing large capital projects and launching new programs. Later, they joined Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America as a Project Lead Engineer, responsible for final assembly launches, budget creation, team development, and liaising with Toyota Japan. Currently, Jacob is holding multiple roles at Henry Company, including Director of Engineering, Continuous Improvement and Engineering Manager, and Operations Manager.

Jacob Damen attended the University of Waterloo from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2011, Jacob enrolled at Wilfrid Laurier University for their MBA, focusing on Business.
