Steve Earnest has over 30 years of work experience in various legal and management roles. Steve started their career as a Manager at KPMG in 1985 and worked there until 1990. Steve then joined Brunini, Grantham, Grower, & Hewes as an Attorney from 1993 to 1995. From 1995 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Regulatory Attorney at BellSouth. In 2006, they joined AT&T as a Senior Operations Counsel until 2008. Since 2009, Steve has been working at Herschend Family Entertainment, first as Vice President and General Counsel until 2013, and currently as Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary.
Steve Earnest attended the University of Mississippi from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy. Steve then pursued further education at the same university from 1984 to 1985, earning a Master of Accountancy degree in Accounting. Steve's educational journey continued at the University of Mississippi School of Law from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a JD (Juris Doctor) in Law.
