Brit Mohler

Ms. Mohler’s practice focuses on asset securitization, structured finance and other corporate finance transactions. She represents borrowers, lenders, issuers and underwriters with respect to the financing and securitization of various asset classes primarily related to servicing rights, residential mortgage loans and credit risk collateral.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mohler served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Liam O’Grady of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and also spent time at a law firm in Manama, Bahrain.

She represents servicers and lenders in connection with financings of servicing income and advance receivables and purchases of excess servicing spread. In addition, she has experience representing sponsors and underwriters in connection with residential mortgage and other asset-backed securitizations, including securitizations of credit retention bonds.
