Job Summary:

Join us as a Junior Executive, People & Culture, where you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting top talent, enhancing employee experience, and managing office administration. Your efforts will strengthen our team and foster a workplace that reflects our values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Take charge of the full-cycle recruitment process including crafting job descriptions, posting job ads, sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Candidate & Employee Engagement: Develop strategies for engaging candidates, create an onboarding experience that promotes company culture. Roll out initiatives to boost employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Employer Branding: Champion our brand through creative initiatives and participation in recruitment events, job fairs, and webinars to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a diverse talent pool, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and tracking recruitment metrics to refine our strategies.
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensure a clean and safe workspace, and manage office-related expenses efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the People & Culture team to support engagement activities, improve processes, and share insights on market trends to enhance recruitment strategies and engagement practices.

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities (Open to Fresh Graduates):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a passion for candidate engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a passion for connecting with people.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Eager to learn and adapt quickly within a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
