What is the role?

We’re looking for a visionary Head of Talent Attraction to transform our global recruitment efforts into a strategic powerhouse. This isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about redefining how we identify, attract, and engage top talent to power our growth. You’ll lead the charge in building a world-class talent attraction function while also reshaping how leaders approach recruitment. You will create an agile, efficient, and innovative recruitment strategy that sets ICEYE in the spotlight!

You will;

• Revolutionize Talent Acquisition: Lead a team of 5+ recruiters to redefine TA processes, from job design to candidate experience, ensuring agility, efficiency, and leadership alignment.
• Build a Proactive Sourcing Machine: Develop active sourcing strategies to uncover and engage hidden talent, especially for niche roles, and establish a culture of relentless pursuit of the best.
• Lead with a Headhunter’s Mindset: Foster a sales-driven, agency-inspired approach to sourcing, cultivating a relentless drive for results and a passion for securing top talent!
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Leverage cutting-edge tools, processes, and technologies to streamline recruitment while creating an exceptional experience for candidates at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate Across Teams and partner with top Leadership: Work closely with hiring managers, department and business leaders to understand talent needs, set priorities, and deliver TA solutions.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Design and implement long-term strategies for sourcing and nurturing high-potential talent pools, ensuring a future-ready workforce.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of global TA trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into your strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
