Louis Caliandro

Louis Caliandro is a Principal System Engineer at iCIMS since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in support and systems administration. Prior to iCIMS, Louis managed a team of 15 Support Engineers at Rackspace from November 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing technical skills and maintaining team engagement while collaborating with other managers across three continents. At Datapipe, Louis served in various roles from August 2004 to November 2018, including Windows Team Lead, where significant contributions included migrating a Fortune 100 client to AWS and establishing best practices for Windows servers in the cloud, as well as senior and regular administration roles across over 1,000 servers.
