Glen R. Cook

Glen R. Cook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development and information technology. Currently serving as Senior Manager for R&D at ICU Medical since July 2012, Glen oversees the ICU Medical LifeShield™ Safety Software Suite and has successfully led a team in obtaining FDA clearance for a new cloud platform. Previously, Glen held roles as Senior Systems Engineer at DirecTV, where integration of broadcast operations into IT service management software was achieved, and at Sony Electronics as a Senior Software Engineering Project Leader, leading projects in manufacturing quality and e-commerce applications. Earlier experience includes positions as Information Technology Consultant at Citibank and Goldman Sachs, and Technical Supervisor/Instructor at UCLA School of Law, where Glen received an Excellence of Service award. Glen holds a Bachelor’s degree in History with a specialization in Business Administration from UCLA.
