ABOUT THE ROLE

Immuta has experienced significant growth and we’re looking to grow our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will hold a key role in impacting Immuta’s organizational development. You will join a highly collaborative group that champions Immuta’s culture and takes pride in bringing top talent to our organization. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process throughout the company to attract top talent, while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the company. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage the interview process from start to finish, all while keeping candidate experience top of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from kick-off to onboarding for various departments across Immuta, including but not limited to, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and streamline the recruitment process including, but not limited to, developing comprehensive job descriptions, interview plans, and sourcing strategies.
  • Champion and drive initiatives to attract and hire a diverse pipeline of candidates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through the hiring process, including identifying opportunities to improve the candidate journey.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements through the recruitment process.
  • Own and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
  • Assist with talent branding initiatives: including employer branding awards, career site updates, and monitoring employer review sites.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience within a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Track record of recruiting and hiring top talent. Experience recruiting technical and sales talent is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing creative sourcing strategies for active and passive talent through various channels.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate offers and close candidates.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion within hiring practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruitment cycle, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing and enhancing the candidate experience, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams.
