Jan Perez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jan began their career at Copley Newspapers in 1995, where they served as a Human Resources Manager until 1998. Jan then joined Kleinfelder in 1999 as the Director of Human Resources, a role they held until 2003. From 2005 to 2008, Jan worked as the Human Resources Director at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. Since 2008, they have been the Vice President of Human Resources at INDUS Technology. Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position and is a highly qualified HR professional.
Jan Perez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, pursued higher education from 1984 to 1988 at California State University, Long Beach. During this period, Jan completed an MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources Emphasis.
