He has more than 20 years of experience in all key areas of human resource management. This includes talent acquisition and management, culture and engagement, learning and development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning for organizations such as Discovery Land Company, United Pacific, S&P Global, and Disney.
Alexander earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, as well as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Southwestern Law School.
