Nathan Gould has extensive experience in technical support and client relations within the technology and communications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at MercuryGate International since February 2017, Nathan has progressed through various roles, including Product Support Specialist and Junior Client Support Analyst, focusing on help desk administration and technical support for customers. Previous experience includes a role as a Quality Reliability Intern at HAP Innovations, where Nathan assisted with reliability testing of medication dispensing hardware, and as an Implementation Specialist at Clinical Ink, managing client work environments for digital medical trials. Additionally, Nathan served in the Army National Guard as a Satellite Communications Operator, where responsibilities included the maintenance and operation of tactical satellite communication systems. Nathan holds a High School Diploma from West Davidson High School, earned in 2005.
