Fabian Stretton is a highly experienced systems engineer with a proven track record in defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Insitec Pty Ltd since December 2022, Fabian is focused on the integration and supply of an interim C4I Battle Management System. Prior roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Elbit Systems of Australia (2015-2022), where Fabian led upgrades to a customized C4I BMS, and Senior Hardware Engineer at Lockheed Martin Australia (2014-2015), overseeing the integration of communications subsystems for tactical air defense radars. Additional experience includes roles at Chemring Australia, Defence Materiel Organisation, Uecomm, Thales, Tenix Defence, RLM Industries, and the University of Melbourne, demonstrating a comprehensive expertise in systems engineering, project management, and technical authority across diverse projects and teams. Fabian holds an HSC Equivalent in Math and Science from St Peters College, Adelaide.
