Brent Wadman

Brent Wadman currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Inspirato since March 2022, also holding the title of VP AGC Securities Counsel. Previous roles include corporate governance attorney from March 2022 to September 2023 and Partner at Messner Reeves LLP from July 2018 to March 2022. Brent has extensive experience as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Stillwater Mining Company from November 2010 to March 2017, and as Assistant General Counsel at infoUSA Inc. from January 2005 to March 2010, overseeing various legal aspects for the publicly traded company. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Senior Counsel at Combat Support Associates and Attorney/Owner at Wadman Law Office, with earlier work as an Attorney for Ameritrade, Inc. Brent holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
