Since January 2008, Shadi has held various leadership positions at the Institute of Applied Technology, including Senior Manager of Learning Resources and Manager of Instructional Technology, where responsibilities have included the development of innovative e-learning systems and technological tools to enhance educational practices. Prior roles also include ICT Curriculum Specialist and ICT Curriculum Developer, emphasizing comprehensive curriculum oversight, teacher recruitment, and management of testing centers. Shadi’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in International Management and Policies in Education from The British University in Dubai and advanced degrees in Computer/Electrical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
