Ruby Dhaliwal

Ruby Dhaliwal currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Development at Intelerad Medical Systems and is a member of The L&D Collective, a global community for Learning and Development leaders. Ruby has held senior positions in talent development at organizations such as Sutter Health and Castlight Health, where Ruby focused on leadership pipeline initiatives and global talent management. Additionally, Ruby accumulated extensive experience in employee development and organizational strategy during tenures at NTT Ltd. and Dimension Data. Prior to transitioning into talent development, Ruby worked with the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, holding roles that included Senior Fraud Analyst and Senior Tenancy Officer. Ruby Dhaliwal's academic background includes multiple degrees from Murdoch University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Macquarie University, along with advanced leadership training from IE Business School and Northwestern University.
