Laurence Andrianne

Laurence Andrianne is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as Global Head of Talent Development and HR Head Europe at Legend Biotech since August 2021, Laurence has successfully scaled the organization from 2 to 400 employees while enhancing staff wellness and performance initiatives. Prior roles include Director of HRBP Global Functions at GSK, where contributions involved integrating HR strategies with business challenges and a focus on inclusion and diversity. With earlier experience as Senior HR Consultant at Solvus, and various HR leadership positions at Start People and Anheuser-Busch InBev, Laurence has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving talent agendas, enhancing internal communication, and developing comprehensive HR strategies. Education was pursued at Institut supérieur d'Architecture 'Saint-Luc' de Bruxelles.
