Jonathan Prentice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international migration and human rights. Currently serving as the Head of Secretariat for the United Nations Network on Migration at IOM - UN Migration since January 2019, Jonathan blends expertise gained as Chief of Office in the Office of the SRSG/International Migration at the United Nations since April 2017. Prior roles include Director of the London Office and Senior Adviser for European Advocacy at the International Crisis Group from August 2010 to April 2017, and various positions within the United Nations from 1994 to 2010, including Senior Human Rights Adviser and Political Advisor. Jonathan holds an LLM from the University of Oxford and a law degree from the University of Cambridge.
