Ms. Sheehan has served as Interim General Counsel since May 13, 2022, and Deputy General Counsel since December 2021. Before joining Intrepid, Ms. Sheehan was a partner at the private practice law firm Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk, P.A., where she practiced from September 2009 to November 2021. In private practice, Ms. Sheehan specialized in environmental and regulatory law. She has legal expertise in the areas of water rights, water quality, mining, energy, air quality, natural resources, and environmental compliance.
