Louise Pearce

Louise Pearce is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people services and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of People Services at Investec since October 2016, Louise leads a team through significant changes, including offshoring and geographical restructuring. Previously as People Services Manager at Investec, key contributions included process improvement and team development. Prior experience includes roles such as HR Business Partner at HSBC, HR Manager at Bunge, and HR Consultant at Investec Bank Plc, among others. Louise's educational background features a CIPD Professional Qualification from West Herts College and a BSc in Psychology with Physiology from the University of Greenwich.
