Eva Oudemans

Eva Oudemans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and people services roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People Services at KPN since May 2025, Eva previously held the position of Technology Officer at NAVARA from July 2018 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading a team of 30 consultants focused on AI operations and customer satisfaction. Prior roles at NAVARA included Senior Data Consultant and Data Consultant, with a strong emphasis on driving digitization initiatives in the energy and banking sectors. Eva began a career at ING, where contributions ranged from Data Scientist at the head office to HR Analytics Specialist in Australia and intern roles. An alumnus of the University of Amsterdam, Eva holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Econometrics and Business Analytics.
