Additionally, Varun serves as Managing Partner at GO Digital CX since May 2022, driving customer experience improvements for businesses via solutions like Oracle CX Suite and Salesforce. Previously, Varun co-founded Keepmystuff, an on-demand storage service, and Wowkids Udaan, an American concept preschool. Varun has also held roles such as Technical Architect at Zendesk and Team Lead at Accenture in India, contributing to customer experience enhancement and technical consulting projects. Varun holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from the University of Kerala, completed in 2009.
