Keith started their career at Litton in 1991 as a Database Application Designer and later served as a Patent and Litigation Attorney. In 1996, they joined Litton Industries, Inc. as an IP Counsel and eventually became the Chief Patent Counsel. In 2001, they worked as the Vice President, General and IP Counsel for Solus Micro Technologies, Inc. From 2002 to 2017, they held the position of Sr. Vice President, Legal at IPVALUE Management, Inc. and then transitioned to Executive Vice President, Partnerships and Acquisitions.
