Matthew Hodulik has over 25 years of work experience in the field of intellectual property law. Matthew started their career at Gibbons P.C., where they worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney. In this role, they provided legal advice on various aspects of intellectual property law and supervised a team of five patent attorneys and two paralegals. In 2000, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Corporate Counsel, where they conducted patent assertion and licensing discussions and analyzed patents and patent claims. Matthew then worked at Technicolor as a Senior IP Counsel before joining TnT IP, LLC as a Partner, VP Licensing & Senior Counsel. Currently, they are Vice President, IP Counsel at IPValue.

Matthew Hodulik completed their B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University in 1985. Matthew later attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law, although the exact start year for this program is not provided.
