Lucy Entwistle has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Lucy currently works at iQ Student Accommodation as a People Director since 2022. Previously, they worked at The Gym Group as the Head of People from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for various HR functions and major projects such as organizational change and reward strategy implementation. Before that, they held multiple roles at New Look, including Head of People Operations and Senior HR Operations Manager, from 2013 to 2019. Lucy also gained experience as an HR Advisor and HR Graduate at BAE Systems from 2006 to 2013 and as an HR Officer at L'Oréal in 2006. Lucy'searly career included a role as an Assistant HR Officer at Northern Foods, Fletchers Bakery from 2004 to 2005.
Lucy Entwistle obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Lancashire, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued A Levels in Information and Communication Technology, Business Studies, and English Language and Literature at St Mary's College in Blackburn from 2000 to 2002. Lucy'ssecondary education was at St Wilfrids C of E High School, where they achieved exceptional grades in their G.C.S.E's, including English, science, and Maths, from 1995 to 2000.
