Michael Johnson-Cramer

Michael Johnson-Cramer currently serves as the Dean of the School of Business at Ithaca College since July 2022. Prior to this role, leadership experience includes positions as Professor of Management at Bentley University and Dean of Business and the McCallum Graduate School of Business. Johnson-Cramer's academic journey also encompassed significant roles at Bucknell University as Associate Professor of Global Strategy & Ethics, Interim Dean, and Founding Director of the Freeman College of Management, along with tenure as Assistant Professor of Management at UMass Boston and Lecturer at Boston University Questrom School of Business. Initial career experience includes roles at SWIFT and Cambridge Technology Group in organizational development and administration, respectively. Educational qualifications include a DBA in Organization Theory and Strategy from Boston University, an MBA in Global Strategy from Solvay Business School, and an AB in Government from Harvard University.
