Jennifer Mooney has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jennifer started their career as a Client Services Representative at quick test in 1988 and worked there until 1996. From 1997 to 1999, they served as a Customer Service Manager at Internet Securities, Inc. Jennifer then joined yet2.com in 2000 as the Director of Customer Service, where they worked until 2002. In 2008, Jennifer became a Baker at Flour Bakery + Cafe and remained in that role until 2013. Since 2013, they have been with J2 Interactive, initially as an Operations Manager and then progressed to the role of Director of Operations. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Executive Director of Operations at J2 Interactive.
Jennifer Mooney obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Salve Regina University in 1988-1990. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from The University of Texas at Austin from 1986-1988. Additionally, they obtained a certification in DE&I Boot Camp for HR Professionals from AIM HR Solutions in 2022.
