Paul Stokes

Paul Stokes is an experienced professional in manufacturing management with a strong background in driving improvement initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Jaguar Land Rover since May 2014, Paul leads efforts to enhance competitiveness and implement long-term strategies for manufacturing excellence. Previous roles include CME Principal Engineer focusing on Paint Operations and Manufacturing Improvement Leader at Rolls-Royce, where Paul coached teams to deliver quality projects on time. Additional experience includes Supplier Development Leader, responsible for enhancing supply chain performance, and multiple positions at The London Taxi Company and INVOTEC, which included supplier quality and production supervision roles. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Industrial Engineering: Manufacturing Management from Coventry University.
