Steve Lear has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Jaguar Land Rover since June 2012, where key roles include Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Painted Body Process & Technology R&D Manager, Forward Strategy Manager for Body in White, Program Manager for Body Construction, and Principal Engineer for BIW. Prior experience includes a decade at BMW as a Planning Engineer and nearly nine years at Land Rover in BIW Manufacturing Engineering. Steve Lear holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Salford University.
