Dani Almarode

Dani Almarode is an experienced educator currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at James Madison University since August 2022 and as a Health and Physical Education Specialist for the Virginia Department of Education since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Nutrition Coach at 3xF Staunton from June 2019 to July 2021, and as a Trainer and Coach at CrossFit 3xF from December 2017 to June 2019. From June 2015 to May 2018, Dani completed doctoral studies in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pedagogy at the University of Virginia. Earlier teaching positions include serving as a Physical Education Teacher and Health and Physical Education Teacher at William Perry Elementary School and Waynesboro Public Schools from August 2008 to June 2015. Dani holds a PhD in Kinesiology, a Master of Arts in Teaching Health and Physical Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, all from accredited institutions.
