Jumana Shaheen

Jumana Shaheen serves as the Head of People & Culture at Jawaker since June 2009, where responsibilities include leadership in developing and executing People & Culture strategies, talent acquisition, employee well-being, and managing HR documentation. Additionally, Jumana has been a Regional HR & Culture Specialist at ZenHR since September 2017, focusing on cultural development and maintaining HR operations. From September 2007 to September 2017, Jumana worked at Akhtaboot as a Regional Administrative Assistant, overseeing administrative tasks for multiple offices. Jumana holds a BA in International Business Administration from The Hashemite University and a high school diploma from Rosary College School.
