Elliott Nethero possesses extensive experience in audit, risk, and compliance, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Audit, Risk, and Control at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since February 2025. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Risk and Controls at Citi, where responsibilities involved managing the Global External Audit relationship for Citi Technology Infrastructure, and Global Information Systems SOX Manager at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, overseeing the IT SOX program for a $7 billion pharmaceutical manufacturer. Prior to these positions, Elliott spent over a decade at Warner Bros.
