Alex Denu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and production management at Jellyvision, serving as Senior Director of Customer Operations since June 2014. Responsibilities include leading a diverse team focused on performance management, training, and data-driven process improvements for the ALEX™ benefits-support platform. Previous roles at Jellyvision encompass Director of Production, overseeing training programs and a team of Content Managers, as well as Production Manager and Specialist positions, where Alex optimized implementation processes and collaborated on customized content delivery.
