Andrea Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Jeremiah Program since August 2019, Andrea focuses on transformative initiatives aimed at impacting lives across generations. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Community Engagement Leader at Thrivent Financial, where responsibilities included networking, business and marketing coaching, and fostering partnerships within the community. Earlier in career, Andrea held the position of Associate Director of The Concordia Annual Fund at Concordia College, managing fundraising efforts and overseeing student caller recruitment and training. Additionally, Andrea worked as a Development Associate at Oak Grove Lutheran School. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Concordia College between 2003 and 2006, following a strong academic foundation at Moorhead High School.
