Audit services involve reporting on the fairness in all material respects with which a client’s audited financial statements are presented, in conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework.

The opportunities

J&G Riyadh office are looking for Assistant Manager to join their Audit practices.

Assistant Managers (AM)

As AM, you will lead on audit engagements and support growth of the Audit business. You’ll also assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders as well as participate in business development initiatives. To qualify for the role, candidates fulfilling below criteria will be preferred

• A degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field; or • Professional qualifications, such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOCPA • At least three years of professional experience in external financial audit • Proficiency in the Arabic and English language • Big 10 professional experience • Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques and experience managing teams • Understanding of currently applicable and upcoming IFRS • Experience of the risk-based audit process • Knowledge of the use of audit tools and data analytic tools • Coaching, mentoring, and counselling experience
