Lauren Claydon is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director at JMR Global Ltd since April 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Global Head of HR at Frank Recruitment Group from June 2017 to July 2020. Prior experience includes roles at The Gap Partnership, where Lauren worked from January 2009 to June 2017 as both HR Project Manager and HR Business Partner, contributing to the company's expertise in negotiation solutions for industry-leading clients. Lauren began their career at Keyphoto Ltd and Crew Clothing Co. Lauren holds a CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from North Hertfordshire College and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University.

Typically roles are Head of, Director, VP, SVP and C suite (CEO, CFO, COO, CCO, CHRO, CPO), as well as Chairman and Non Executive Directors (NED). Our network is built over decades and spans the globe, we have access to local knowledge and expertise.
