Holly Siino serves as a Senior Manager for the Inclusive Regional Economic Development unit at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since April 2022, overseeing post-secondary and educational equity projects, including leading key initiatives for California Community Colleges. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Program Specialist and Equity Specialist at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, where Holly managed a significant foster youth program, provided policy guidance, and facilitated stakeholder engagement to promote equity for underrepresented students. Previous experience includes the position of Early Assessment Program Coordinator at California State University-Sacramento, where Holly coordinated partnerships and implemented programs focused on student readiness for college. Holly holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Leadership and Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, both from California State University-Sacramento.
