Stephen Yadzinski has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries.

From 2001 to 2015, they were the Founder and Co-Owner of Big Swing, where they led a successful branding and technology studio. During this time, the company worked with prominent clients and projects such as Emirates Airlines' out-of-home advertising and supporting National Monument designations under President Obama.

In 2015, Stephen joined Innovate+Educate as the Founder of the Employment Tech Division and its Chief Technology Officer. Stephen played a vital role in creating innovative technologies that connected unemployed individuals with training and job opportunities. Additionally, they contributed to the overall strategy and growth of the organization by forming partnerships and developing a vision for future expansion. Stephen stayed with Innovate+Educate until 2018.

Currently, Stephen is associated with Jobs for the Future (JFF) since 2018. Stephen has held various roles, including Managing Director and Principal Consultant at JFFLabs, Senior Innovation Officer, and currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Growth. Stephen has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and fostering growth within the organization.

Stephen Yadzinski attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Imaging Arts and Sciences.
