Previously, Sarah held the role of Business Systems Manager at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods since 2004, where responsibilities included analyzing and evaluating business systems, automating processes, and overseeing project management. Earlier experience as Helpdesk Supervisor at The Bankers Bank involved supervising a team, developing training guidelines, and ensuring operational and disaster recovery procedures were maintained. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems from the University of West Georgia.
