Prior to this role, KAPIL held the position of Senior General Manager - Marketing at RAK Ceramics (India) from February 2021 to April 2024, overseeing marketing strategies for multiple product lines within a leading global ceramics manufacturer. KAPIL has also been a Working Partner and Business Development Head in a self-employed capacity, as well as holding significant marketing roles at firms like Formica Laminates, Asian Granito India Ltd., and Orient Bell Limited. KAPIL's educational background includes an MBA with a specialization in Business, Management, and Marketing, complemented by a B.Sc (Hons.) in Physics and training from the Delhi Institute of Digital Marketing.
