Job Summary
The US Marketing Activation & Training Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing activation initiatives and training programs within the United States. They work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand activation strategies, ensuring effective implementation and training of marketing campaigns and programs. This role involves managing budgets, implementing outside performance and trail running focused marketing activations and training and education executions.
Essential Functions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
• Five to six (5-6) years of related experience and/or training in brand marketing, event management and product education/training tool development.
• Passionate about the outdoors and running.
• Existing knowledge or desire to understand outdoor and running sport and the culture surrounding it
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of strategic thinking
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to present effectively to groups at all organizational levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude in fast-paced, changing environments
Travel Required: Yes, up to 30% of work time will involve travel.
Base Salary: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 yearly
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
