Madison Hough

Madison Hough, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Benefits Assistant at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, starting in July 2024. Previously, Madison led a team at Clemson University during a Senior Capstone Business Strategy Project, successfully winning a competitive business simulation focused on strategic decision-making. Other roles include an internship in Human Resources at LMI, where Madison handled internal communications and campus recruiting, and a Talent Acquisition Internship at Clemson University, managing social media content and overseeing the Temporary Employee Pool. Madison's experience also encompasses research on employee resource groups for Dodge Industrial, social media engagement for women's leadership initiatives, and various positions in customer service and legal assistance. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Leadership from Clemson University, along with a high school diploma in Vocal Music from the Baltimore School for the Arts.
