Isabel Jones

Isabel Jones possesses extensive experience in health policy and program management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Behavioral Health & Recovery Division at King County, WA since November 2019. Previously, Isabel held roles at Premera Blue Cross as ACA Market Manager and managed Medicaid integration at the Washington State Health Care Authority, directing landmark programs for Medicaid beneficiaries. Early career highlights include serving as a Policy Assistant at The White House, a Legislative Fellow for U.S. Senator Tom Carper, and a Manager of Advocacy at the Visiting Nurses Association of America. A background in political organizing was established as a Field Organizer for Obama for America. Isabel holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy with a focus on Health Care Policy from American University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Washington.
