Don Herbe

Don Herbe serves as the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary at Kinsta®, overseeing the Legal, Data Privacy, HR, and IT functions while advising the Board of Directors. With extensive experience in the legal field, Don has held significant roles including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Step Change Innovations, providing legal advice across various sectors such as nutraceuticals and cosmetics. Additionally, Don operated Herbe GC, LLC, a General Counsel practice, and served as Counsel & Compliance Program Advisor for ParkOhio Holding Corp. Previous positions include Director of Legal & Compliance at Diebold Nixdorf, Complex Litigation Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs, and Federal Judicial Law Clerk in the United States District Court. Don holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law and a B.A., cum laude, in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University.
