Magnus Prestby

Magnus Prestby has extensive experience in customer success and commercial operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Klaveness Digital since June 2020, where prior roles included Senior Commercial Operations Manager and Customer Success Operations Manager. Previously, Magnus Prestby worked at Vainu.io from April 2017 to June 2020, initially as a Customer Success Manager managing a portfolio of 80 clients and contributing to the company's entry into the Norwegian market as a Business Development Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as a Retail Consultant for Sony Mobile at JCP Nordic from August 2014 to April 2017, along with freelance work at Travel Retail Norway. Magnus Prestby holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex and a Bachelor's Degree in Creativity, Innovation, and Business Development from Kristiania University College. Further education was also completed at the University of California, Berkeley in 2014.
