Michael Usachev has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Lieutenant in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces from March 2004 to August 2008. Michael then worked as a Casino Surveillance Officer at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company from January 2012 to March 2013. From June 2013 to June 2015, they served as the Billing Operations Manager at Aman Group. Michael later transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Support from June 2015 to July 2016, and then as a Network & Security Systems Administrator from July 2016 to August 2017 at Aman Group. In August 2017, they joined KMS Lighthouse as the IT & Support Operations Manager and held this position until April 2019. Michael then became the Head of Customer Success at KMS Lighthouse from April 2019 to September 2021. Currently, Michael Usachev is the Director of Customer Success at KMS Lighthouse, a role they started in September 2021. Additionally, they co-founded Charmy in September 2017 and served as the Co-Founder & Strategic Lead until December 2018.
